Our menus feature international favourites all year round but our kitchen staff also prepares a delectable array of seasonal fare, using the freshest ingredients from local producers.  The range of white asparagus offerings in spring is among our most beloved creations. But our chefs work their magic with wild mushrooms, herring and during the Christmas holiday season, mouthwatering goose. Please contact us.
